The French Maternal School offers French immersion programs for children ages 2 1/2 to 5 (pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten). Our preschool educates young children to reach a high level of academic performance in a nurturing environment. Teaching is modeled on “L’école maternelle”, a highly successful French system of early childhood education that aims to secure a rich and motivating classroom experience where each child develops his/her full potential. Our program serves the French and international communities of the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.
